1 Definitions and Interpretation

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Weekly Reload Reward

As a weekly 2223 bet reload reward, a 30% bonus is available on any deposit, up to a maximum of ৳6,000. The wagering requirement is 18 times the bonus amount. This reward can be claimed once per week.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

No bonus may be treated as direct cash or free money. While a bonus is active, winnings from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met. If any irregularity or fraud in bonus use is found, 2223 bet reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will be considered valid only when it has been successfully confirmed and the bet amount was available in the user's account. Incomplete bets due to technical errors or network problems may be cancelled, in which case the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet is accepted, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will apply. However, if there is a clear error in published odds, 2223 bet reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within a specified timeframe, 2223 bet may cancel the relevant bets and refund the amounts. For in-play bets, if a match is abandoned, settlement rules will follow the specific policy of the relevant sports category.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Placing artificial or coordinated bets with the aim of meeting bonus conditions ("arbitrage betting").
• Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or tamper with the platform's software or data.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or abusing chargebacks.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
